Improve "Time to answer (2h or less)" in Analytics

We more and more see users raising questions (as they have just discussed and anwered this question on the phone or via email) and then answering these questions themselves in very short time (5-10mins).
Self-answered questions lead to wrong statements in the time to answer figure in the Analytics overview. Can these self-answered questions (within 5-10mins after raising them) be taken out of this report figure?
