set an answered question to "not answered"

If there is an answer to a question that is not helpful for me, this question has nonetheless only few attention of experts. Even if there is an comment that the answer doesn't fix my problem, the question will not find another answer.
If I try to ask the question a second time, there is a great chance to get a link to my first question - another answer that doesn't help me.
To set the question "unanswered" could help to make it visible again.

A possibility to reject an answer would result in the requirement to have the question again shown as being unanswered.
The question is: Who can reject? The questionning person? The admin? Everyone? I would suggest that questionning person and admin should be able to do that. Will there be a message box for the rejecting person to let the answering person know that the answer is not right or suitable?
What do you think?

Dirk, thank you for submitting this request. What do you and all up-voters think about the option to reject the answer? Explicitly rejecting the answer could result in the Answer button still being visible in the feed, until a new answer is posted.
It would be based on the concept similar to accepting the answer, that is already implemented.

Anna Kupilas: rom my point of view, this could be a good solution

Anna Kupilas: Hi Anna, I can think of (at least) two cases to be not satisfied with the given answer. First, the answer is perfectly answering the question, but my question was not good enough. Second, the question was ok, but the answer was not. For case two I think, of course, it's a good idea to reject the answer. For case one I'm not as sure about it. But we could give it a try...
