Some of the resistance I've had with onboarding a new community is that the "experts" are afraid that Starmind will be just another thing to do, or monitor, or that it will be a duplication of their tasks. I would like to be able to say to new experts (who we need the buy-in from) that "on average, it takes experts [4 minutes] to answer a question." The time could be calculated from the time someone hits "answer" to the time they hit "submit." Maybe that approach won't be accurate, but if you can solve how to measure it, it would be a nice talking point back to experts that it doesn't take long to answer questions on Starmind.
