Admin Feature Ideas

As MSC admins we would like to be able to filter the data in the Analytics section by MSC users - we have done a lot of work to try to add the MSC function into the "company" section when users are added, so the ask is to add that drop down option to be able to filter by all MSC users.

Tagging an answer could help the algorithm as well as the users to identify to which topic it (also) might rever. Like hashtags in social media. Example: tried to log in several times, sitting in the hotel lobby. Suddenly it works. Why? Answer: Sth. without mentioning cyber security. Using the tag cyber security would link the answer to this topic and might give orientation at first sight. Ususally the answer comes from s.o. with specialist knowledge who knows which tags are best to use

When creating a new user it is currently not possible to allocate an answer verification stamp before the user has activated his/her account. This leads to additional workload for admins as they have to create a reminder to always check if the user has activated the acount and then manually allocate the stamp. It would be great if the allocation of answer verification stamp rights can be done directly after user account creation without prior account activation.

A pop-up as a warning for forwarders if the suggested expert does not belong to the Knowledge Space. Unfortunately, the forwarding of the question does not work then.

As we often see not allocated questions which should normally be allocated to a specific knowledge space, it would be great if the allocation of a question to a kowledge space would be mandatory in the course of the question posting process. When the user posts a question while he/she is already in the knowledge space (so this space is pre-selected), then no mandatory confirmation of change of this allocation is required.

In MS-Sharepoint it will be very helpful to have there a Sharepoint-App from Starmind to create questions with predefined parameters in Starmind for the releated topic on a Sharepoint-Site. Example: In our company we use Sharepoint as our Intranet for all News-communications For each News, that will be created on the Intranet, there will be a new Starmind-App for Sharepoint to configure predefined parameters and allow then the employee to create a new question related to this news in Starmind. Es sollte möglich sein einem Wissensgebiet eine AD-Gruppe zuweisen zu können aus dem eigenen Azure-AD um die Mitglieder dieses Wissensgebietes festlegen zu können. Dies soll dazu dienen, dass man über dynamische AD-Gruppen so gleichzeitig die Mitglieder automatisch auf entsprechenden Knowledge-Spaces freigeben kann.

The symbol of the 'follow' button for questions indicates the exact opposite. The eye is crossed out and gives the impression that you can unfollow/hide the question rather than follow it. Wouldn't it make more sense to switch the symbols for 'follow' and 'unfollow'?
