A connector for popular inter-company messaging platforms (Teams, Webex, etc.) could attach to all chats and use AI to listen in and detect when somebody is asking a question. If there is an answer to a similar question in Starmind, the system could insert a message in chat saying something like "Your question is similar to these on Starmind, here are the links for the top XX ones: <links here>". This has the benefit of both giving answers to users quickly and keeping them aware of the existence/availability of Starmind.

Would it be possible that you offer the possibility to select a breakdown for the "Export user statistics" as for the "Export network statistics"? We use this report within a PowerBI dashboard and currently have to make monthly breakdowns and then manually append them to the end of the main file.

When user enters question "what are storge types?" then no similar question is shown, but when question "what are storage types?" is entered then a similar question is displayed. In the same way, no hit is shown in the question feed if "storge type" is entered into the search field, but hits are shown if "storage type" is entered. For typos like this an auto correction should be offered at entry of question and at entry of search term.
